About this programme

Welcome to the Bermuda Diabetes Association's Peer Support Program!
At the Bermuda Diabetes Association, we believe in the power of community to help manage diabetes effectively.
The peer support sessions provide a platform for individuals living with diabetes to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
Join us to experience the benefits of peer support, backed by research, and take steps towards better health and well-being.

The sessions offer a supportive space for participants interested in open, honest conversations with like-minded individuals.
