Nikiesha comes to Bermuda Diabetes Association as theResource Centre Administrator with over 15 years of Customer Service in themedical and dental industry.

She is well-rounded in insurance administration withknowledge of medical coding and billing, posting insurance payments, andhandling discrepancies.

Mother of two, and a fiancée, she has been taking courses tofurther her career in the medical/insurance industry while managing life. 

Amongst her many attributes, her skills will bring balance to a busy environment while multi-tasking and having patience.

She is passionate about the health and well-being of others and always finds a way to assist anyone in need.
